Artist's Comments
Here it is, the beginning of my Naruto Doujinshi. Everyone I knew was doing some kind of doujinshi, and I've been wanting to do one myself for a while now, and I finally got it started. I finished drawing out the first three pages just today, but I haven't finished inking the third one yet, so I'm only putting up two for now. My OC is how I portray myself in Naruto, and her name, as you'll soon find out, is Shizuka. That's all I'm saying on the story right now. You'll just have to follow it to find out the rest

edit: Gah! After looking at it countless times today, I realized I got the symbol on his forehead wrong. T_T I'll be sure to have it right in future pages (given that I am such a goddamn perfectionist). Laters.

was right about fill-ins. Thanks for the advice. I even double checked the manga and saw that Gaara's outfit was actually all colored in. So here it is.
EDIT: I am currently re-editing this doujinshi (mainly to pass the time while waiting to do new pages
)

I have to say, this is well drawn! ^o^ And a defininite hook on the first page! Awesome. Kudos on remembering all the detail in Gaara's outfit. ^_- I like how it layed out; it's easy to read. My only suggestion is to add black "fill-ins." This will give the page weight and make it more pleasing to the eye. ^_-
